Are the Ottomans bad or am I bad?

Are the Spanish any good for late in the game? I'm trying to get good but it's hards to work practice when everyone keeps annihilating me with OP horses :(

I got back into playing recently, and I've been mainly trying the Ottomans. It feels like I can hold my own early game well enough, but that I never have enough strength to actually cripple the enemy (even if I get an advantage), and the economic scaling seems so bad that past 15 minutes they start really struggling. Am I missing something or is this just the way it is?

Lost connection to ESO

Lately I'm losing connection every time I play a game. I can connect to multiplayer, get in games and play them but when game is over and I quit it loses the connection to the server. This happens every single game.

My internet is fine though, I can play other multiplayer games and watch series just fine. Anyone knows what may cause this problem?
