I generally dislike rushing Japan because they're not susceptible to raids, and massed Ashi in Age II are very effective. Is there an especially effective rush against them? When are they weakest? What's the best way to push them or stop their boom?

How do you level your multiplayer home cities!!

Hey people. New to the game. Have been grinding for the last few weeks only to take my home city (london) from level 10 to level 28. I now want to play some other civ but starting at level 10 without the good cards/deck is a nightmare. Any way around this? Thanks! :)
