| Help logging into my old ESO account Posted: 13 Dec 2019 11:52 AM PST Hi there AOE 3 community! As the title says i need help logging into my old account. I recently purchased the complete collection on Steam and realized that getting my old cards is gonna take a lotta time so i wanted to use my old one instead. Only problem is i forgot my password and secret question to retrieve it by email. I used to play on an old Laptop and when that went out i stopped playing and over time i discarded the CD case. I have access to my email associated with the account and have my user name. Is there any way i can retrieve it or is it long gone?
