Age of Empires on Steam Play Posted: 14 Dec 2019 04:37 AM PST Hi guys, I am basically trying to get my game work on Steam Play. I had error: "Invalid CD Key - Error loading the PID Generator DLL".bi used the instructions on "jaytuckey.name/2019/04/20/how-to-play-age-of-empires-3-on-ubuntu-linux-using-steam-play-solving-the-invalid-cd-key-error-loading-the-pid-generator-dll/". It solved the issues with the CD key but now the screen freezes (gets dark) in the beginning with the AGE of EMPIRES III Ensemble Studios banner. I can't seem to find anything relevant in the internet about this. Does anyone only what the problem is? Doesn't give an error but just freezes.
