The AI personalities in chat is such a great feature Posted: 21 Apr 2020 10:39 PM PDT I know it sounds stupid, but for real, for those of us who don't play MP, having the AI actually talk to you with voice lines and stuff is really nice and refreshing. I've played other RTS games but none of them really have gotten me the same way AOE3 has and its definitely because of AI chat. While some of them aren't exactly historically accurate (looking at you Isabella), the fact that the AI will make remarks about things going on in game and even if you've beaten them previously/won with them makes them feel so much more alive. The fact that they all have unique voicelines for each interaction is a nice touch. Honestly heart warming as it was years ago when I was still sneaking off to play AOE3 on the old family computer. Is the aoe3 community getting bigger? Posted: 21 Apr 2020 11:36 PM PDT I played like 2 months ago and the maximum that was online was around 1100. Now in the evening there is over 3000! is the community growing and why? [link] [comments]
Composers playing the credits song! Posted: 21 Apr 2020 06:44 PM PDT Just today one of the composers Kevin McMullan uploaded a video to Youtube featuring him and fellow composer Stephen Rippy playing the credits track from Age of Empires 3. I thought it was pretty cool. [link] [comments]

Posted: 22 Apr 2020 12:12 AM PDT Hey guys, I've been back on the grind lately and have had the disconnected from ESO message come up at the end of the game quite a few times. It happens after a full game has played with the victory/defeat overlay and full end game with stats available. These games haven't applied to my rating which can be frustrating (mainly happens when I win!) Have others experienced this happening? Is it something that my opponent is BMing/ causing? Is there a contributing factor which I could look into? If anyone has any info that would be great, thanks! [link] [comments]
Wol and vanilla one the same pc Posted: 21 Apr 2020 08:54 PM PDT I was wandering if it's possible to have both wol mod and vanilla on the same pc, if it is can someone explain me how to do it? Thanks a lot ☺️ [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Apr 2020 10:09 AM PDT Hey guys, I've decided to play the french nation, but my performance with french has to get better. Especially the church eco upgrade, which I don't do at the right point of time, someone has any tips for me? And it is worth to focus on Indian units? because the french have theses shipping upgrades? I will be happy for some responses to improve my strategy ;D [link] [comments]
Is a AI vs AI skirmish possible? Posted: 21 Apr 2020 05:03 AM PDT This question can be divided in two:
I just wanted to know if for example france is better at rushing the englands AI. [link] [comments] |
