    How do you get wood effectively in the late game?

    Late game when there are no more wild trees, how do you get wood effectively?

    1) As European Civ

    2) As Native Civ

    3) As Asian Civ

    Management of military unit groups

    From what I've seen, top players always group their military units. Being stuck at sergeant level I think I should learn to use this function, among other things.

    So my main question is: when you create groups, do you always separate the units, (like 1: hussars, 2: musks, 3 falcs) and consequently add recently trained units to the group where they belong ? Or is there another way?

    Also, do you use the group function for buildings as well ? And for vills ?

    Cfg file location for AOE3 Steam version?

    Does anyone know where I can find my cfg file or file where my settings and hotkeys are stored? I'm planning to reset my PC and I don't want to have to go through all my settings and hotkeys again, especially since I can't remember all of them. I browsed through all the cfgs in my game files but I don't know which is the one I should make a back-up of.

    DE and skirmish/multiplayer content development, how far should the devs go?

    So, since we're here waiting for DE to release, to what extent do you guys think the devs should develop skirmish/multiplayer content for the release? I'm not talking about wishful thinking, but the actual steps you think they need to take in order to provide a sensible and competitively stable environment for us. Balance overhauls? New civs/techs/cards à la AoE II DE? Active event support or developed event support functionalities from the devopers?

    I think balance and an improved ladder & queue system will be the centerpoint of lasting traction, in terms of skirmish/multiplayer play. It's a bit sad that the community has thousands of players fractured around different versions of the game, and it'd be nice if DE could function as a centerpoint for the multiplayer community.
