I'm a bit confused as to what they mean or represent and it makes games very frustrating to host in casual if you're looking for more competitive players but they haven't played any ranked games. I don't understand the context they provide, is it games won? Hours played? Why do some people have one star/one bar and are amazing and some people have four stars and max chevrons and they are terrible? I just don't understand the lack of transparency

How long does it usually take you to find a ranked match. I've sat in que for almost 5 minutes and end up going to custom games.
