    Hey everyone (and we really mean pretty much everyone),

    We are a community team developing some of the most well known tools for Age of Empires 2 (or so we believe 11). To help us best support the Age of Empires II community we would like to ask you to fill out this questionnaire. The length varies a little based on whether you play competitively, versus AI, campaigns, watch videos or spectate your own games, but should take no more than 10 minutes.

    While we love working on the CaptureAge app, our goal is to support the Age of Empires II community in the broadest sense, so it's really important for us to get responses from as many different people from as many different Age of Empires II communities as possible. So, even if you're not into competitive AoE2 or even watch any streams we are still super interested in your thoughts!

    When browsing AoE 2 DE's folders, I found the thumbnails for all modes currently featured in Quick Play as well as for other game modes currently not included. I'm curious if they'll be added some day.

    Just won my first ranked match

    Finally got into multiplayer on AoE2 DE. AoE was my first love and AoE2 was my all time fav...played HD when it came out, just got around to playing DE. After getting wrecked a few times, I learned the Feudal Age archer rush as Vietnamese, practiced a few times against the AI, and won my first match on ranked tonight. What a rush! Tons of fun, I still have a ways to go with quickly managing everything though.

    After perfecting the archer rush, what should I try next? Castle Age rush?

    Im a bad player, and ive only played against Ai but this mission feels unfair, i had some problems with campaign before but ive tried this one like 20 times and fail each and every time. i know for a decent player it might feel doable, and pro players like viper complete it first try but i just cant. Wonder pressure, constant raids by blue 160hp 7 armor keshiks which even castles struggle to kill, i watched t-west and viper win it and it seemed like a hot knife through the butter, especially for viper, but i simply feel frustrated rn, Maybe am i missing somenthing? My goal is getting a gold medal. HELP PLS

    Why not add an 8th villager to the first boar instead of sending him to berries?

    8 villagers can comfortably gather from a boar if you lure it right under the Town Center. So, why do most build orders say you should send the next ~2 to berries instead of getting 8 on boar and THEN going for berries?
