Japanese Consulate - Diplomatic Intrigue Posted: 15 Jan 2020 12:45 PM PST Hi I've been experimenting with the 'Diplomatic Intrigue' card and the Japanese consulate lately. I usually ally with Dutch after the portugese for their acces to the church, bank and arsenal. I usualy ally with japanese after them in late game, and I know I lose the Dutch bonus, but does anyone know wether the bank and the upgrades I got from the church and arsenal after switching allies? The internet has only told me that you lose the bonus and acces to these upgrades after ending relations (obviously) but nothing is said about the upgrades that have already been obtained.
