Age of Empires 3 Can't Join buddys game

So this might seem like the normal cant join complaint and it is, but I feel like mine and my buddies is special. We can join any other game with other people and friends, but just not each other. In addition, if one of us is in a friends game, the other cant join it. It doesnt matter who hosts, if one of us is in the lobby, the other can not join. WTF is going on? Firewall doesn't help.

Should we create s site/list with cheaters ?

Since mods dont exist, why dont we create a public list where people can add the names of cheaters they encountered ?
