First of all, if this is considered as advertisement or attention-seeking and as isn't wanted on the sub, then please delete it. I really don't want to come of as impolite or as an attention-seeker. Anyhow, I've recently taken to casting AoE 3 games and I've been looking for feedback. Now, I got some comments that kinda say "good job", but I feel like my casting is far from good, since I just started and am still learning. Anyhow, to cut a long story short I'd be really happy if somebody could take a look at this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=trXUEIdIrmE and tell me what I can do better. Like don't leave a like, don't subscribe and if it's terrible to listen to tell me, but I really want to improve and self feedback is often rather flawed in my experience. | How to deal with unit composition that counter each other's weaknesses ? Posted: 28 Mar 2020 06:56 AM PDT Let's say I play as the japanese and the enemy produces cacadores and dragons. If i make ashigarus i get rekt, if i make yumis they cant kill the dragons fast enough to not die to cacadores, if i make samurai they die to cacadores, if i make niagata they die to the dragons. Another example was this game where we were french + japan and they were aztec + japan. They made macehuantin and samurais. If we go in with cav to counter the macehuantin, samurai kill them and if we make musketeers, they die to the macehuantin ... I really could use some advice, as the only solutions i fond are to either kill his eco, overflow him with more units or exploit his mistakes to kill his units. But if his town is walled, his eco is strong and he does not make obvious micro mistakes, it's pretty much always game over for me. [link] [comments] |
