    Imperial upgrades going revolution treaty 40 game

    A guy went south Africa revolution as the Dutch and got imperial upgrades, I was curious if there was something I was missing about revolution that got imperial upgrades. I wasn't paying attention to much the enemy team whether he went imperial age or not then went revolution makes me think cheats were enabled when I was not paying attention. has anyone else encountered someone or something that allows this? I just saw a post earlier about someone saying that you lose out on all imperial upgrades when doing revolution was just making sure.

    PSA: The New Lakota Age I Card "Morning Star" Doubles Treasure Resources

    "The approach of dawn temporarily reveals all enemies and treasures on the map. Preparedness enables your Axe Riders to loot treasures and gain greater resource rewards from them."

    Turns out these vague tooltips are again somewhat inaccurate, because sending this card doubles all Treasure Resource rewards (including XP rewards!) even when they're retrieved by your War Chief or Villagers. Even the technical details of this card don't indicate that you get 2x Resources from Treasures:

    • "Axe Rider: Enables Discover Action"
    • "Hand Cavalry: Adds 2.0 to All Actions Damage Bonus against Guardian"

    And yes, that last part about adding 2.0 against Guardians does work for all of your melee cav including your War Chief (bringing his total anti-Guardian multiplier to 5.0x). Also, the bonus resources from Treasures only apply to raw Resources and XP - extra units such as Scouts, Native Warriors, Livestock, or even bonuses to military or civilian stats are all unaffected by this card. When you mouse over treasures that grant resources, it will still show the base resource amount but it will broadcast the doubled amount to the chat when you retrieve it.

    (And for those unaware, this is the same effect granted to those using the Barbary States "Corsair Captain" card and Haitian "Letter of Marque" card, which also "gets greater rewards from treasures")

    When I see russia in game, They usually go rush in 2 age. I also russia are good in 2 age.

    china vs swede thoughts

    I mostly play as china in 1v1 supremacy. I've been coming up against a ton of swedish players and have been doing some different tactics than what I would usually do. curious to hear thoughts from those better than me.

    1. I've been trying to avoid meteor hammers in favor of iron flails. I often see it recommended that you should try to tie caroleans up with cav so they don't get their range bonus. however since meteor hammers have a slight ranged attack, they never force caroleans into melee.

    2. Steppe riders feel more viable. I frequently ship the 7 steppe rider card in age 2 to go after torps and their vil builders, with good results. I've tried shipping mongolian scourge a few times as well, which makes the steppes torp-melting machines, but I'm not sure it's worth the 2 cards.

    Any thoughts or things in missing with this match up?

    How do I play ranked crossplay between xbox game pass and steam?

    How can I play ranked with my friend while I'm on xbox gamepass and he's on steam? I tried adding his microsoft account as a friend and selecting "invite teammate" but that doesn't give him a notification.

    Dutch deck recommendations with South African revolution in mind

    As per title. What cards do your recommend? More banks and bank improvements seems to be good.Likewise resource crates. I also like the upgrades for my Skirmishers because I love Skirmishers in general. Maybe mercenary cards or cards that buff mercenaries? Is Refrigeration worth it? Or maybe

    [QUESTION] Can I play AoE3:DE on a Microsoft account that is NOT the one I am logged in on in my PC?

    So, to clarify, here is my situation:

    I bought Age of Empires 3 : DE in a digital form. I entered the code in the Microsoft Store, however, the account that was logged in in the Microsoft Store in my browser is not the one I am logged in on with my computer (let's say the account on my PC is called Account A, the account I bought the game on is Account B).

    So, when I go to the Microsoft Store and press ''install/play'', it brings up the Microsoft Store App in my PC, but Account A is logged in by default in my PC, and so also in the App's store. So... It then asks me to buy it again... How am I supposed to install this game in my situation?

    Because I cant seem to add this same PC to my Account B. Does this mean I have to switch between Account A and B every single time I want to play AoE DE?

    p.s. I am not sure where exactly I am supposed to ask ''microsoft store''-related questions.

    Also, can I just leave a short rant about how I am absolutely disgusted by the amount of accounts I have to create for something like this? Where have the times gone where you just... I dont know, bought a game and installed it? They want you logged in all over the place... My God.

    Why does this game take so long to load

    Definitive edition*

    First I had the game on Xbox game pass, everytime I try to load into a multiplayer game it takes forever to load, sometimes never even loads. Uninstalled that

    Next I bought it on steam and installed to a different SSD and it's still the same. It's not like my specs are bad

    I've a

    i5-8600K

    GTX 1060 6gb

    16gb of RAM

    It takes forever no matter what the graphic settings are, low, medium or high

    There should be an achievement for beating historical battles mode

    I know that the game now needs a lot of performance and bugs fixes but still I would like to see an achievement added for beating the new historical battles mode, its weird that the old campaigns have one for them while this new mode doesn't
