Historical battles for a (potential) American Civil War campaign

I'm considering creating a custom campaign based on the American Civil War using assets from the Siege of New Orleans scenario. This is all in the planning stage, and will rely on custom scenarios being fixed in a future patch. The player side will be the Union, and I plan to include include six to eight scenarios based on historical battles.

What battles would be good to include? I'm looking at Union victories, because scenarios should end with a player victory, naturally. I'll play lose with accuracy i.e. I don't plan to recreate OOBs or 100% model the landscape after satellite images.

I thought about including these battles:

Battle of Fort Donelson

Battle of Shiloh

Battle of Antietam

Battle of Gettysburg

Siege of Vicksburg

Battle of Atlanta

March to the Sea

Battle of Appomattox Court House

Need Advice!

Hey guys.

So i used to play a lot when I was young (12 years old back in 2011). Had a chance to play 2 years ago and started playing online... gave it up for a while and now I'm back. I'm a lvl 12 online, keep getting absolutely wrecked every game. I play as Dutch. What advice do u have for a new player? I know I need to improve my hot keys and stuff... I want to try a new civ too. I find everyone perma-rushes nowadays.

Also anyone want to help me level up a deck?

Arguably one of the best things about AOE3 was the custom map scene. You had all sorts of custom maps that radically altered the gameplay experience.

3 months into launch, there is still NO custom map support, and scenarios are still a buggy mess. As such any real gameplay customization requires installing mods that prevent you from playing with others.

It's my biggest disappointment with AOE3 DE, and I really hope they implement it.
