AI Mods Online

Howdy, I've been looking at AI mods because the base is too easy. My friends and I like to play online together against comps. The draugr mod looks promising but I couldn't find any info on whether or not its possible to use ai mods in online matches. Can anyone enlighten me to whether or not this is possible ?

Effects upon Revolution:

All stables can now train Elmetis in place of their original unique cavalry.
Lil' Bombards become available to train at Artillery Foundries.
All settlers/Courier des Bois transform into Genoese Crossbowmen,which are essentially the Guard Crossbowmen in the DE.

Cards (Bold indicates shipment that can be sent infinite times) :

Renaissance: Provides a trickle of coin,buildings get 50% more HP
12 Elmetis :Ships 12 Elmetis
4 Bombards :Ships 4 Lil'Bombards
Risorgemento:Increases Population by 50
25 Genoese Crossbowmen :Ships 25 Genoese Crossbowmen
Italian Brigades: Ships 12 Genoese Crossbowmen and 5 Lil'Bombards,costs 1000 coin

Poland:(Germans and Russians)Home City:Warsaw

Effects upon Revolution:

Gains the ability to train Winged Hussars,which are Hussars with twice the attack (like the Hussars of death from Chile in the Legacy edition)
All settlers turn into Kosyniers,which boast a powerful melee attack. Settler Wagons transform into Winged Hussars.

10 Winged Hussars:Get 10 Winged Hussars
Hadjuk Tactics:Kosyniers cost more food,but now have a stealth ability and increased speed. Ships 10 Kosyniers as well.
Formational Charging:All Winged Hussars grant each other a small buff,does not stack.
Commission of National Education:Players receive a 100% boost in gathering and healing. Explorers and Priests can now build Churches.
Polish Ergonomics: Kosyniers can now gather resources.
Krakow Uprising:Ships 18 Kosyniers and 8 Winged Hussars.
30 Kosyniers: Ships 30 Kosyniers.

Belgium:(Spanish,Dutch and French)Home City:Brussels

Effects Upon Revolution:

Settlers/Courier des Bois transform into Chasseurs-à-Pied,which grants them Skirmisher-like range and offensive capabilities,however whilst still allowing them to gather resources via Berry Bushes/Farming (Mills/Plantations/Rice Paddies)

Cards (Bold indicates shipment that can be sent infinite times) :

22 Chasseurs:Ships 22 Chasseurs
Cockerill-Sambre:Chasseurs can now gain resources via mining,and they have a 2x yield from doing so.
Fabrique Nationale de Herstal:Ranged infantry and Chasseurs gain a 75% boost in range and damage.
Solvay & Cie: Building HP is increased by 50%,building now will self-repair in the presence of Chasseurs or Town Centers.
Garde Civique:Ships 16 Chasseurs and 16 Hussars
Bois-du-Luc:Town Centers now increase population and population limit by 50,and when placed next to coin sources slowly gathers coin. Costs 5000 coin.

FF and rush

How does a FF work against a rush? If I'm Spain playing Russia or Otto where I'm likely getting attacked around 6:00, should I still do a FF? How would I defend myself until Spain gets to age 3? For example against 30 musketeers and 30 strelets in age 2.

And from the other perspective, what about when playing against Spain? Is the best strategy to rush?
