    Age of empires 3 runs at below 40 fps on gtx 1060 3gb

    Hi, I recently installed age of empires 3 on xbox game pass and the performance is awful. My specs are a gtx 1060 3gb and i7 8700k and I cant even hit 50 fps when there are few units on my screen. I have tried both altering the settings, even to the very lowest however the game runs very poorly. Is this normal?

    Edit: I have just looked and the game is only using 70% of my gpu when i play, every other game uses 100%, is this what is causing the problem?

    What units beat fully upgraded chimus? Imperial Sepoys/Goons I would think would be the hard counter, but even fully carded they seem to get crushed

    How to counter the spam cav as the Inca ?

    I've been trying to play some ranked 1v1 lately and I'm always having the same issue against people. They spam some cav units and then kill my villagers or attack my building while running away as soon as I send units to defend myself.

    I don't really know how to counter it as Incas don't have cavalry to react quickly enough so does anyone have any tips ?

    Any interest in the best inca build order that nobody is doing?

    Subject... I will record a vid if interest. My build order is so much better than any ive seen... full military + fast rush + 99 vils by 18 mins

    Faster if you like too... probably 15 mins can be done with a little less than full military

    Best 2v1 strategies for swedes/dutch. I can never fend off 2 attacks.

    I was in a 2v2 but my partner was a beginner and didn't know how to move settlers. His TC got sieged by like 5 musk's and he resigned. I was swedish (but I also play dutch a bunch) and had to deal with a 2v1. I decided that a quick raid would help my chances so I killed all of one enemies villagers. Then they surrounded my base with a big army and I defeated them 2x but then lost just due to the size of their army and attrition. Is their anything I should have done?
