| Anybody else wish that you could make custom formations for your military units? Posted: 10 Jan 2021 10:18 AM PST What if I want to make the classic Spanish tercio formation or whatever? I know that the way the that good micro works in fight but if I could get my musketeers or pikes to form a meat shield around my cannons without me constantly moving them there it would be nice or if I could set my pikes to "guard" skirms from hand cavalry I feel like it would make it a little more fun. | Heavy canons vs horse artillery Posted: 10 Jan 2021 02:33 AM PST Normally because my main is Spain I usually use Heavy canons in spite of horse artillery because i think they benefit more of my unction card in late ages due to their heavy damage and splash. But lately Im starting to doubt on whether Heavy canons are better or horse artillery is of more use because not only they are trainable so you can create them faster but they are also faster. Also, but this is only something personal because is something from only Spain, I think while unction + heavy canons might be a bit of overkill because they already have heavy damage, meaning is a bit of a waste, horse canons with a unction could easily do the same destrucion with all the benefits this unit has. | Problems connecting to LAN games Posted: 10 Jan 2021 07:11 AM PST So there are 3 of us living in the same house, 2 on windows 10 and one running windows 10 on parallels for mac and the person using parallels can't see any LAN game we create and if we try going through ESO online they are simply unable to connect. | Posted: 10 Jan 2021 08:50 AM PST I don't know but my heart is slowly getting fed up of aoe 3de, I played a lot of aoe3 3 or 4 years back, and I left it because I was preparing for competitive exams, now having cleared it I started playing again, but there are less people now and mostly I play 3vs3, I like to play in teams and now it always somehow happens that the collo are also broken, I haven't had a successful 3vs3 in a long time, somebody or the another disconnects, I usually play no rules but yesterday I played a 30min treaty and at the 35 min my teammate resigned or left i dont know what, my heart broke due to this, I am a Medical student and I don't have a lot of time, I don't get the satisfaction of the game along with my time is wasted mostly someone leaves or he's a noob doing god knows what, i request all newbs to Atleast watch some tutorials before playing, I don't think aoe3de is engineered to provide pleasure but only disgust.
