Heads up, campaings are bugged in the last patch

    Posted: 18 Mar 2021 11:22 AM PDT

I don't know if anyone else is playing campaigns still, but there is a bug with the last build where you can't unlock new cards for your deck, as they appear to be unlocked but in the next scenario they disappear.

Need help with Ports FF Build and reacting to rushes

    Posted: 18 Mar 2021 04:29 AM PDT

As per title, not sure if reddit is the best place to discuss strategy?

Basically what I'm getting really stuck with (ELO 1100) is recognising a rush around 4-5 minutes, but then being stuck in reacting.

I am usually able to just deflect the rush in time by using resources meant for the FF into units instead, but then I'm finding my opponent is left with a stronger economy, so they are essentially rewarded economically for rushing.

Is there a build that I can read about in regards to reacting to a rush when you're planning an FF, or alternatively a 'safe' kind of semi ff?

Is there a way to increase Aztec unit walking speed? Or was AI cheating

    Posted: 18 Mar 2021 07:30 AM PDT

Noticed the ai had Aztec units increasing speed over time, all the way from 6–>8.5 in roughly 0.2-0.4 steps every few Minutes until they were speeding round like flies. How do you do this?

    Lakota new BO's?

    Posted: 18 Mar 2021 06:32 AM PDT

Any suggestions on new build orders with Lakota after they deleted the 100 wood starting crates? Just age up with chief (400w) and build tp and coral in early age 2? Looking at you there fitzbro😃

Don't really understand why they nerfed them. At average levels they already felt the weakest of all the civs I play (Swedes Brits Russians and Lakota). Mostly playing 2v2 team games Elo1200+ They are the most fun civ to play imo, but I cannot understand how they had the highest win rate. Maybe because new players never pick civs like Lakota or Aztecs because they are more difficult to understand (more gimmicky)?whereas most newbies play euro civs like Brits and French, taking down their average win rate whereas these civs are imo stronger

Or maybe because new players have no idea how to play against them?

Not sure if win rate is the right parameter to go by on a ladder system which attempts to balance out win% by having you play better players as you win more
