    ''AOE 3'' civilizations post USA and Africa DLC wishlist

    Hello everybody. Watched the fan preview some days ago and I am very excited for the USA and Africa finally being made playable in ''AOE 3'', however there are still others that should be included.

    Here's what playable civilizations we got so far- hoping for a third African tribe in the upcoming expansion, preferably one from Central or South Africa like the Kongo or Zulu:

    I.European

    1.British

    2.French

    3.Dutch

    4.Spanish

    5.Portuguese

    6.German

    7.Russian

    8.Swedish

    9.Ottoman

    10.United States

    II.Native American

    11.Aztec

    12.Inca

    13.Lakota

    14.Iroquois

    III.Asian

    15.Chinese

    16.Japanese

    17.Indian

    IV.African

    18.Ethiopian

    19.Hausa

    20.????

    What playable civilizations we should get- while we could easily reach 30, these 4 are the most historically active and wanted by the community so they are important for addition:

    1.Italy- was gonna be made playable in the base game while still developed by Ensemble Studios but was cut during production, with some leftovers remaining in the released game files.

    2.Persia- a second Muslim civilization and a Middle Eastern one which would bridge the geographic gap between the Ottomans and Indians, could be housed with the former in a unique group.

    3.Another African tribe- assuming we get the Zulu as the third Africans (plus 20th playable civilization), we should get the Kongo as the fourth African civilization and vice versa.

    4.Something South East Asian- the native Americans got a fourth playable civilization with the Incas therefore the Asians deserve one as well preferably from the South East like Thailand.

    I'm case anyone has not done the tennessee challenge yet to deal 200 damage with villagers, just know you cannot do this with France. My thought process was play as France because their villagers do bonus damage, but I learned the hard way that the game does not count it by playing two games with France thinking somehow I didn't hit that amount in the first game.

    So yea you have to do it with regular villagers, hope this helps someone who has the same thought process as me.

    Sense before the DE this has bothered me I really feel like I'm getting something now for that train time where I could've been resource trickling instead of not spawning cannon due to pop love you guys

    How do I begin?

    Just bought game and looks like there is quite a bit to do. My goal is to be good enough to play online. Is there a crash course somewhere? And dont I need to rank up somehow to earn civ bonuses? Can I earn all those bonuses playing offline against BOTS?

    Bug (I think):

    In the U.S civilization, the basic walls are different than the others. You can upgrade them in many ways, including upgrading them to stone walls via the "heavy fortifications" shipment. However, I noticed that if you research Redoubts from the meeting house, even after upgrading to the stone walls the walls revert to the standard wooden type. If you research Redoubts and then use the heavy fortifications shipment, the walls do not change.

    Massachusetts challenge doesn't work

    I'm not sure if I'm doing this wrong or not if the massachusetts challenge doesn't work, but I have researched every upgrade in the arsenal (including the ones from the shipment card) and it still tells me I haven't completed it. Can someone please explain to me what I'm doing wrong?

    Which HUD do you use?

    Started playing somewhat recently and still change the HUD around every now and then. I'm curious what the consensus from the community is.

    I think I lean toward classic. I'm still adjusting to the concept of home city shipments, and so I find the flag is more noticeable to me in this view.

    Aoe3 complete edition vs definitive edition

    Hi all, I want to buy aoe3 and I'm not sure wether definitive edition worth the money. Should I buy the complete edition or the definitive edition? And if I buy the definitive edition, will it work properly? Because I'll buy only the definitive edition and no other game (I mean, will it work without the complete edition?)

    Resetting my home city level

    Hi everyone, I was wondering if it was possible to reset my home city level (As the Swedes). I'm currently at ~lvl 77, but over 50 of the level-ups came from bot skirmishes when I just started playing. When I try to get into noob multiplayer games I get insta-kicked because they see my level and think I'm good at the game. Right now, I would much rather have it at 0 than some absurd number. Any ideas on how to do this?
