Age of Empires 3 Mood

Inca Bug:UI says I have 225/200 pop and can't train units. I let all units die to make more but couldn't train anymore. It feels like this happened before when I can't train units as Inca & lose the game eventually. First time happened when I'm over 200 pop for me to notice. I've game recording too.
"Lost connection, reconnected [ok]" (but jk not really)

Didn't seem to be a problem before Africa came out, but this keeps happening now.

Still using same laptop, same internet, and this didn't happen on TAD.

Most infuriating is that it DOES say "reconnected" and I click the ok button, but it goes right back to "attempting to reconnect".

Anyone got an improvised fix?

Are you kidding me? Its one thing to bury that ability with a native civ that both sides get access to, its another to just give it to a civ to have all the time. What a joke

Edit: yeah I'm raging a bit. It's so frustrating to first have to deal with that broken outlaw rush and then when I finally pushed it into the late game the guy just doubles his army (where they are standing) and swamps me. Even if that crap spawned at the arrival point it would give me a chance to get away.
