Shadow changes in the last patch Posted: 18 Sep 2021 04:59 PM PDT I've noticed that the last patch included a whole bunch of balance changes that were not written in the patch notes. What I've found: Griot can no longer buff mines. Hausa university influence production rate nerfed (I didn't bother to check the XP rate) Sudanese tech that gives you two wagons: cost 100 of everything changed to 250F 150C. Anim file mod: Crossbowman have no right hand bone tag? Posted: 18 Sep 2021 10:30 AM PDT Hi everyone. After several dumb questions I posted to our sub, I've decided to just mod the game. Proposition - No Africa in ranked Posted: 18 Sep 2021 08:00 AM PDT Hello everybody. I understand that none of you know or care who I am, but I would like to make a proposition. What I want to propose is that us, the age of empires 3 community, all have a gentlemen's agreement out of respect for one another. I would like to propose that we all agree to not use the African civilisation in ranked, until they are nerfed to a level where they're not extremely overpowered and ruin the game for anybody else. I know that if I just used EthiOPia id have a much higher ELO, but I don't want to ruin the fun for everyone else. I know im not the only one with this same though process. I know there are many of you out there who feel the exact same way. We all know how you feel when you see that your opponent is using Hausa. It sucks doesn't it? That sinking feeling of helplessness. I hope out of respect for one another… out of respect for this great community, that we can all come together and put this gentlemen's agreement in place. That way, we are all the bigger person.
