| Missing the old days, anyone the same? Posted: 14 Apr 2022 01:25 AM PDT Hey guys! Been a long time aoe3 fan ever since my grandparents bought me the game as a kid. I used to play online with my friends all the time over lockdown here in Australia and miss the days with my boys chatting together and cooperating on a NR40 game to do our best and win. I miss these days so much and my friends have sort've outgrown the game so I was wondering if any of you guys or gals are in similar situations and would like to team up and join a discord or something to play treaty games together? I find the game so much less engaging when you can't talk with your teammates: the encouragement, tips, strategising and inevitable panicked yells for help when a base gets attacked really made this game into so much more than a game. So yeah if youre interested for a discord or whatsapp group or whatever (not very up-to-date with how to do this stuff) let me know! Never made internet friends before but happy to give it a shot! If it matters to anyone, I'm a 24yo Aussie battler with a penchant for playing Germans and Aztecs and almost exclusively play treaty but could be open to giving rush a shot.
