Theorizing a Treaty Port build. Posted: 03 Nov 2019 01:37 PM PST The idea is to prioritize getting the Medicine HC card on a Map where you have access to Jesuits, like Indochina. Jesuits have an upgrade that take 15 seconds off vill train time. With Medicine, that's 30 seconds, and Ports get the extra TCs meaning you could spam vills and reach Imperial quickly.
