    I think this is complete bullshit. This is my favorite age game don't think it's the best but it's my favorite. Owned it since like 2006 or 2007. Bought it on steam during a sale for like 10$ which seemed fair to me. But I'm trying to get some of my homies to get it too, but the fact that the game is 40$ on steam! This is ridiculous some old cod games cost less and those are all expensive and bigger games. I wish that this game could be cheaper as it is 15 years old and in no way is worth 40$ don't get me wrong I love this game to death but 40$ is criminal and I can't believe it and it is complete and udder bullshit.

    I'm back to drop another post on this subreddit to impart some of my knowledge about the game. Instead of going for a single video in this post, I decided to record a few different ones and drop them all at the same time. Just trying to find a balance between putting my content on here without it becoming too spammy.

    I appreciate, as always, being able to share what I know and hope this helps out a bit.

    Hi AOE3 Community,

    Just for some background, I began playing AOE3 when the game was first released in the mid-2000s. I was best during the original vanilla days with my Spanish FF and reached the ranking of Major at my peak. I was a member of the clan Obsidian Order, which was pretty active in both playing and on ESO forums. I played TWC and TAD a bit but got a little annoyed with the Spain nerf and how OP some of the new civs were (I'm looking at you Iroquois, Japan, and India), so I quit around late 2008/early 2009. Now with the quarantine, I'd really like to get back into the game. I sold my CD version a long time ago to a friend and I gave my online account to him as well.

    Now with the quarantine, I'd like to get the game again and start playing once more. I was gonna buy the game (Complete Collection) on Steam, but it is quite expensive --> $44 Canadian! It is much cheaper on Amazon and Ebay, ranging from $25 - $30 AFTER shipping (this is the CD version). The only thing I'm worried about is that I won't be able to make an online ESO account if I buy it on these sites. They do claim to be new copies, but I know there's a bunch of stuff with the CD-keys and I dunno if I'll get tech support if I buy the disc game. A few of the reviews said they did have trouble making online accounts... I don't know if they got it resolved eventually.

    What do you guys recommend? Should I shell out the extra $15-20 for Steam? Are there cheaper options online? Thanks in advance.

    EDIT: Any new changes to the game in the 10+ years I've been away? New patches? New balance of power? Let me know!

    Native Cards with Native Civs

    Hi Guys,

    I read somewhere that the native cards under a WC civ Shaman section (3rd HC section) also affect the given civ's troops, as they're technically native.

    Is that true? I doubt it is, as it wouldn't seem very balanced if it was considering unit upgrades you can get from the War Leader. Just checking though.
