Is there anything coming up and if not, why don't they ever get set up? Just need a little marketing and hype and many will watch and popularity for it will go up.

It's incredibly common for players in pickup treaty matches to disconnect or drop out before the 40 minutes is used up. Perhaps we should encourage people to start at later ages, with all upgrades researched, and give them 20 minutes to set up instead?
