Should I get aoe3 definitive edition or wait for age of empires IV (4)?

Are German War Wagons bad? I almost never see them.

I have been playing a lot of the Bohemians in the new AOE2 expansion and one of their best units is the Hussite wagon.

This got me thinking about the similar German wagons in AOE 3 that I used to see in the original game years ago but almost never anymore. Do they need a buff?

When I play 1v1 ranked, 9 times out of 10 my opponent will be british, Hausa or ottoman. I don't think I've ever seen ports and Spanish. It's a real shame.
