| Ethiopia builds and Shotel warriors Posted: 04 Mar 2022 04:12 PM PST I'm currently looking at Ethiopia. Haven't played a lot of 1v1 ranked yet, as I'm still in experimental phase. Tried some interesting buildorders but I always feel almost forced to spam gascenya if I want to fight in age 2 and I was wondering whether shotel warriors could be worth it. I haven't tried them extensively, but the first impression was quite positive. They have an interestingly low 1,25 rate of fire and their modifier against all infantry seems to make them trade not so terribly with heavy infantry despite being countered by them. And they aren't very expensive either. The basic question is, how do you all feel about this unit? And then also, are there specific match-ups where they can be extra useful (thinking about russia, Dutch and Sweden)? And lastly, does anyone have a good buildorder for them and (how) can Ethiopia get a good (coin-heavy) economy to spam these in age 2? [link] [comments] |
